Scarlet ( The King Raven Trilogy, Book 2)

Scarlet ( The King Raven Trilogy, Book 2) by Stephen R. Lawhead. Great follow up to book 1. The story is told through William Scarlet's eyes. Fast paced and interesting. This series has been very clean and I would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to book 3.

Fool's Errand- Tawny Man Trilogy

Fool's Errand by Robin Hobb. For starters, I have recently finished the Farseer Trilogy by the same author. I loved these books and was more than bummed to be leaving these characters. I figured I would give Robin Hobb another shot and picked up Fool's Errand. To my happy surprise, this book picks up exactly where the Farseer Trilogy left off. Well, ok it's really like 15 years later. Either way I am stoked. Three more books to spend with these great characters. Robin Hobb is officially one of my favorite writers. I never feel like I am wading through the slow, boring stuff just to see how it ends. Every minute reading feels relevant and exciting. Just so I don't confuse the issue let's get things in order. First, read the Farseer Trilogy then follow up with Tawny Man Trilogy. I am sure I will blog more about these books as I have two more delicious books left to read.

Hood (The King Raven Trilogy, Book 1)

Hood (The King Raven Trilogy, Book 1) by Stephen R. Lawhead. A retelling of the beginnings of Robin Hood. I really liked this book and am looking forward to the rest of the trilogy. A lot of action and a little gore. A different spin on Robin Hood. Feels like an entirely different story, in a good way.

Nefertiti

Nefertiti by Michelle Moran. Fun book that mixes historical fact and the authors idea's of what could have been. Quick, fast paced read.
